Why hasn’t one of my contacts received my email? Updated over 9 months ago
If you believe an email sent to your subscribed contacts was not received by one of them, you should first visit your "Shared" folder to make sure your content was sent:
An envelope icon means that content was successfully shared to email. An exclamation icon means the content failed to send:
If your content failed to send, none of your subscribers would have received that email. You'd have to try sharing it again.
If your content was shared to email, but you still don't think a contact got it, look up their contact history to see if they have subscribed or unsubscribed to your emails:
In this example, we can see that a contact was subscribed to emails on August 16th, was sent an email August 22nd, and unsubscribed on September 3rd.
Don't remember unsubscribing a contact? Contacts can easily unsubscribe themselves from email (it's part of being FTC compliant).
If you sent an email and the contact was subscribed at the time the email was sent, and the contact history shows the content being delivered via email... your content may have ended up in their spam folder by mistake.
Contacts may have certain settings in their email clients getting in the way. You can ask your contact to add your email address to their address book to ensure your messages will always appear in their inbox.
