If you see a security warning in your browser when clicking a link to a page on your site and you have NOT enabled SSL on your domain, ensure that you used an “http://“ URL, not “https://” in the link.
Each browser has a different message for the same issue:
-
Chrome – “Your connection is not private”
-
Firefox – “This Connection is Untrusted”
-
Safari – “Safari can’t verify the identity of the website www…”
To resolve the issue and prevent the security warning from appearing, enable SSL on your domain via the Twenty Over Ten dashboard. Or ensure that all links to your site use http:// instead of https://. If you remove the “s” from the URL, the page will load without any issues.
