An advisor submitted for review, but I’m only seeing a white screen. What happened?

  • This typically happens when advisors submit for review, and there aren’t any updates to existing content; only new content itself has been added. Changes won’t show because there aren’t any changes to compare the new content against. Please use the Preview function to review the new content.

I want to forward notifications related to the review and approval process to an archiving email address. How can I set this up?

  • Notification forwarding can be set up by administrators by logging into your account and clicking Account Settings from the dropdown menu in the top right corner. From there, select Advanced and then scroll down to the Notifications field. This is where you can enter an email address to receive email communications related to approvals, rejections, and chats.

When I go to review changes, I’m seeing text moving from left to right. Is this a bug?

  • Nope! This has to do with advisors utilizing quote rotators, which show text moving across the screen. Using the preview view is the best way to see what their content will look like when their site is live. While the review queue may show scrolling content, that won’t be how it’s viewed on the live site for people.

I need to change the administrator on our Providence account. How can I do this?
