Requesting a Domain Release from Broadridge/Emerald
Updated over a week ago

This article will cover the steps needed to have your domain released from Broadridge/Emerald into your control so that you can point it toward your new Twenty Over Ten website.

Step 1

You'll first need to create an account with the Registrar you want to manage your Domain.

Not sure where to start?

Here are links to several popular domain providers:

Step 2

Once you have set up your account with the domain Registrar of your choice, you can submit this form on the Emerald/Broadridge website. This will let Emerald/Broadridge know you're planning to have the domain released into your control.

Please note that this process can take up to 30 days and should be started as early as possible.

Step 3

Once you have received notification of the release of the Domain, you can then add it to your account with your Registrar. The steps may vary depending on your chosen Registrar, but it should be a simple process.

Note: This step will include purchasing the Domain hosting from your Registrar and a yearly hosting fee. Twenty Over Ten does not provide Domain hosting, and you will be responsible for this cost.

Step 4

Once these steps have been completed, you can connect your domain.
