Anyone who fills out a subscribe form on your landing page gets put into your Lead Pilot contacts as a lead. Depending on your integration settings with Redtail, Wealthbox, or Riskalyze, that person's information will also be added to your CRM.

Since you can see new signups in your activity feed, if you notice that a new subscriber is currently a client of yours, you should edit their contact profile and change them to a client within the platform.
