Making sense of a contact's score

Updated over a week ago

The LEAD score is a powerful assessment tool for qualifying leads. It considers a contact's engagement with your content, actions, time, and other factors to assign a specific score to them that allows you see how interested they are in your content.

The LEAD score is on a scale of 1 to 100 and is tailored to you specifically. How?

When you manually assign star ratings to your contacts, that feedback, along with our algorithm, helps Lead Pilot get better at predicting the quality of your leads.

LEAD Scores change in real time so you can act quickly to reach out and close deals when a contact's engagement is at its peak.

View a contact's LEAD score by visiting "Contacts" within the app.
