Lead Pilot users can view when a contact has subscribed or unsubscribed from emails, as well as when the email has been opened or clicked.
To view a contact's history, please follow these steps:
1. Click "Contacts" at the top of your screen:
2. Click the "..." to the far right of the contact's name and select "History":
3. A side window will open showing a timeline of that contact's history in Lead Pilot:
In the above example, we can see when Joe has been added to the contacts list, when he subscribed to emails, when he was delivered an email, and when he was unsubscribed from emails.
